The church of Saints Giorgio and Jacopo is located in Montecalvoli in the municipality of Santa Maria a Monte.
The church was completely reconstructed in 1830 on the basis of a previous sacred building.
The terracotta facade, destined to be covered with marble, is unfinished; Inside the only nave is flanked on the right by three chapels, which have no correspondence on the left side. In the restorations of 1955, followed against the damage caused by the war, frames, prophylating, pilates and other elements of neo -Renaissance taste that characterized the nineteenth -century renewal were highlighted.
In the rectory a canvas of anonymous Tuscan of the early seventeenth century depicting the Virgin with the child and the saints Rocco, Giorgio, Francesco and Jacopo is preserved.
